Full House Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions were last updated in March 2025.

House of Social Full House Booking Terms
    1. House of Social are offering a monetary award for any groups of 5 or 6 people who book a complete 5 or 6 bed ‘house’ in House of Social First Street for the 2025/26 academic year.
    2. The standard monetary award under this promotion is £500 per room booked within the house. The value of the monetary award may change during specified promotional periods.
    3. You will be able to able to enter between October 2024 and September 2025.
Eligibility Terms

4. To be eligible to enter for this promotion:

  • The time between the first booking to the last booking in the house, the last of which completes the full house booking, must be no more than a 24-hour period.
  • You and the other students who booked in the house cannot be in breach of your Occupancy Agreements, or have cancelled any of your bookings.
Eligibility to claim Monetary Reward

5. You and the other booked students in the house will be eligible to claim the monetary award when the following conditions are met:

  • The Eligibility Terms in 4 were met, and
  • as of 1st November 2025, you and the other 4 or 5 students have all taken occupation of the rooms under your respective Occupancy Agreements in the House of Social Buildings, and
  • all payments due to date under your respective Occupancy Agreements have been made.
How to Claim Your Reward

6. If you successfully booked a full house and all of the eligibility terms were met, you will be contacted by us in November 2025 via email and invited to claim your reward.
7. You must claim your reward by 1st December 2025, after which date the reward will no longer be available and all rights to claim the reward are forfeited.
8. The reward is not a discount off any fees or charges that you or the other students may owe us, but it is a separate amount paid to you by us, via a method of our choosing. In order to claim the reward, you may be required to agree to the terms and conditions of a third party payment service who will be appointed to manage the payments on our behalf.
9. The full house group booking promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the referral promotion.
10. Bookings concluded in conjunction with MMU (Manchester Metropolitan University) at a discounted rate to our usual rooms cannot be eligible for either the Referral or the Full House booking promotions.

We reserve the right to amend, terminate or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without liability to you or any person you may refer.
