A brand new kitchen by seasoned restauranteur Victor Yu, Choi Wan brings a modern take on traditional Hong Kong cuisine.

Victor Yu, together with Executive Chef Bruno (ex Chef at Michelin-starred Northcote and The Samling) have created something special, drawing from family traditions and the flavours Victor grew up with.

Featuring Victor’s dad’s famous curry sauce (a secret recipe going for over 40 years) along with other showstoppers like Bamboo Chicken and Duck Bao. Plus… some reimagined classics like their Prawn Toast Crumpet and Chinese Rotisserie Chicken.

Bruno will be bringing his culinary excellence into the mix, focusing on top-quality ingredients and huge flavours. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and full of energy.

We can’t wait for Manchester to try this one.

Manchester, it’s taco time. Introducing our fourth kitchen, OK Taqueria.

From the people behind Mughli, Pulic, Gooey and Evelyn’s, OK Taqueria is where the smoky soul of Mexico City meets the fast-and-loose flavour of Cali taco joints. Think Taqueria energy from Baja to Boyle Heights, reimagined for a city that loves its food loud.

Expect corn tortillas hot off the press. Crispy pork belly at pastor (two days in the making). Chicken-fried maitake mushrooms. Slow cooked birria beef shin with rich consomme for dipping. Crispy fried baja cod cheeks with chipotle crema – flavour fuelled, produce drive tacos.

For breakfast, think loaded burritos with cheesy tots, charred jalepeno sausage, smoky bacon and avo with all the hot sauce!

Unapologetically unautentico.

Launching August 2025.

Dough Religion

Dough Religion
Dough Religion
Coming soon.
Dough Religion is Manchester’s brand-new temple of dough, serving up colossal 18” New York-style sourdough pizzas by the slice or the whole pie. Born from a deep love of proper fermentation, crispy-bottomed crusts, and big bold toppings, it’s where tradition meets irreverence – and every slice is sacred.

After making waves with a viral canal-boat pizzeria, chef Chris Edwards returns with more space, better kit, and no creative limits. Expect premium UK and Italian ingredients, perfected dough techniques, and outrageous flavour combos. Whether you’re into the spicy, the cheesy, or the straight-up classic, we’ve got something that’ll have you shouting “holy crust!”

But it’s not just about the pizza. Dough Religion also brings a full New York-style deli and coffee shop experience to the table – with stacked hoagies, salt beef bagels, cinnamon rolls, and iced coffee worthy of the boroughs.

Worship the dough this summer at House of Social. Sin by the slice. Repent never.
