London’s burger royalty is making moves — and next stop? Manchester. That’s right, Burger & Beyond is rolling into town, and is setting up shop at House of Social on First Street.

If you haven’t heard of Burger & Beyond, you’re in for a treat. This London-based burger joint has built a cult following thanks to their insane, flavour-packed burgers. Their Bacon Butter Burger? Ridiculous (in the best way). Their truffle tots? Don’t even get us started. They’ve mastered the art of indulgence.

Founded in 2015 by Tom Stock and Craig Povoas, Burger & Beyond started as a food truck at London’s vibrant street food markets, KERB and Street Feast. After their success in Shoreditch Borough Yards and Soho they’re now bringing their game-burgers to our food hall. And we simply cannot wait.

The headline act making the trip up north? Burger & Beyond’s iconic Bacon Butter Burger — and yeah, it’s every bit as indulgent as it sounds. We’re talking dry-aged beef patty, double American cheese, crispy pancetta bacon, burnt butter mayo, and onions all stacked into one award-winning bite.They’re also serving up crowd-favourite sides like fried chicken bites and wings, so come hungry — you’ll want one of everything.
