A brand new kitchen by seasoned restauranteur Victor Yu, Choi Wan brings a modern take on traditional Hong Kong cuisine.

Victor Yu, together with Executive Chef Bruno (ex Chef at Michelin-starred Northcote and The Samling) have created something special, drawing from family traditions and the flavours Victor grew up with.

Featuring Victor’s dad’s famous curry sauce (a secret recipe going for over 40 years) along with other showstoppers like Bamboo Chicken and Duck Bao. Plus… some reimagined classics like their Prawn Toast Crumpet and Chinese Rotisserie Chicken.

Bruno will be bringing his culinary excellence into the mix, focusing on top-quality ingredients and huge flavours. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and full of energy.

We can’t wait for Manchester to try this one.
